Museums Victoria Store — assorted marketing collateral

A selection of creative used in a weekly communications cycle across web, social and eDM. The Retail Manager provides the brief for the product or promotion for the weekly cycle, that I would use to brief and direct the creative outputs directly with design, ahead of final approval by the Retail Manager before going to market.

Birthdays at Scienceworks — promotional shoot

A recent promotional photoshoot in the refurbished Alpha & Beta Rooms at Scienceworks. I worked with an external photographer while managing child talent and stakeholder expectations to carry out the photoshoot in support of a marketing campaign for the children’s birthday party offer. Preparation for the shoot required significant market research as well as managing a revision of catering packages with the catering partner due to Museums Victoria’s healthy food partnership agreement with VicHealth.

Mercury at Melbourne Museum — promotional shoot

A series of photographs taken to support a marketing campaign driving awareness and visitation to the new Mercury Restaurant at Melbourne Museum. As lead on the campaign, I briefed and directed the external photographer and talent while managing stakeholder expectations and feedback from Museum Spaces, leadership and the catering partner.

Museum Spaces Special Events — photography

A series of photographs for a special client event booked in the Touring Hall at Melbourne Museum. As a key event space, and with a lavish event in planning that would demonstrate the full potential of the space and its technical specifications, capturing marketing imagery was paramount. I worked with an external photographer while managing expectations from the client organisation, event planner and internal stakeholders, to direct a photoshoot that would capture the space while satisfying requirements of the client and not impeding the guest experience.
