A commissioned ad campaign for RMIT University’s Bachelor of Design (Communication Design) program.
Working with a journalist, videographer, photographer and second designer, we were commissioned by RMIT to develop an ad campaign for the university, to showcase the outcomes of current students and alumni of the course. The series of seven large format posters (left), the A5 publication and video (both below) have been used as promotional material at orientations and open days to attract potential students.
The project required coordinating interviews with over twelve current students and alumni of the program, videoing their interviews, editing video and designing collateral. We were asked to focus on the pathways of these interviewees, and how particular studio classes had influenced their study and career trajectories.
In addition to its use as marketing collateral, RMIT is in the process of reviewing the program structure and the faculty have looked to the responses of these interviews to help inform their changes.
